Leadership Cincinnati is a program that gives a broad view of civic leadership through direct contact with a wide variety of institutions and people. Reports the Chamber, “Class members are chosen from a cross section of the community and represent the region’s top levels of leadership. The program focuses on creating a regional culture of innovation in the areas of education, economic development, inclusion, justice, arts and culture, health care, human services and sustainability.”
The ten-month program prepares its participants for more active involvement in public affairs. (Projects initiated by previous Leadership Cincinnati classes include Crayons to Computers, the Charitable Pharmacy at St. Vincent de Paul and Flush No Drugs.)

Dawson is a 24-year Hyde Park resident. His community involvement includes current membership with Downtown Cincinnati Inc., Co-Chair for Cincinnatians For Progress, Cincinnati Preservation Association and Alliance for Regional Transit. He is an active supporter of the Cincinnati Streetcar Project. Dawson is a past Ault Park Advisory Council trustee and Kilgour Elementary corporate sponsor.
He was appointed as a Real Estate Ambassador for the City Cincinnati in 2001. Dawson is an Executive Sales Vice President with the Hyde Park office of Sibcy Cline Realtors and is licensed to sell homes in Ohio and Kentucky. He is among the top 2% in sales of Sibcy Cline’s agents. A a top-producing sales agent, he has received numerous real estate sales honors throughout the years. Dawson has been named as Cincinnati Magazine’s ‘Super Agent’ for the past six years.
Dawson and his wife, Tiffiny, have two children. He enjoys running and has participated in the Cincinnati Flying Pig five times. He earned a B.A. in Journalism from the Ohio University.
