The Southeastern Indiana region is seeing increasing home sales. Here are the April 2013 statistics for this region:
- 16.4% increase in total unit volume (as compared to April 2012)
- 85 homes sold versus 73 in April 2012
- 24% increase in Total Gross Sales volume from April 2012
- $9,575,000 in sales volume versus $8,648,000 million in April 2012
Both unit and dollar volume numbers are up dramatically for the first four months of 2013 from the same period in 2012:
- 314 Units sold in 2013 versus 242 in 2012 – a 30% increase
- $35.835,000 sales volume in 2013 versus $28,479,000 n 2012 – a 25.8% increase
