Sibcy Cline Insurance Services was invited to participate on the Eddie and Tracy program on 700 WLW on Tuesday May 21, 2013 for a show about the Oklahoma tornado and how insurance plays a role with disasters.

Cindy Alexander, Customer Service Representative, and Rusty Feth III, Account Executive, were interviewed on this current-news program by Eddie Fingers.

Cindy talked about how insurance companies deal with disasters by first providing for immediate needs. They send first response teams to the sites with cash cards, generators and other items for people who have lost their homes.

Rusty spoke of the importance of creating a video that can detail all of the various items found in your home. When a home is destroyed, it is difficult to remember everything you own. This video should be stored away from the home or on the Internet.

They both emphasized the importance of having an up-to-date, current replacement value on the insurance coverage of your home.
