• 2013 Sales Volume: $61,166,000 (as compared to $54,064,000 in 2012) – 13% increase
• 2013 Sales Units: 503 (as compared to 427 in 2012) – 17.8% increase
• 2013 Average Sale Price: $121,604
• 2013 Median Sale Price: $116,000

Southeastern Indiana June 2013 statistics:

• Less than 1% increase in Sales Volume – $13,439,000 (as compared to $13,378,000 in 2012)
• 2.0% increase in Sales Units – 99 homes sold (as compared to 97 in 2012)
• 1.6% decrease in Average Sale Price – $135,751 (as compared to $137,922 in 2012)
• 6.76% increase in Median Sale Price – $128,000 (as compared to $119,900)
