Have you ever wondered about the origin of the “Keep Calm”? This blog did. “Keep Calm and Carry On” was a poster created by the British government in 1939 during the start of World War II. It was intended to be used to raise the morale of the public after several air attacks upon the British. But, this poster was not widely distributed and never displayed in public. It was a forgotten phrase until in 2000 when the poster was rediscovered and re-issued.
