Southeastern Indiana Gross Sales Volume Increased 40 Percent for July 2013

Homes are selling briskly in Southeastern Indiana. Gross sales volume increased 39.6% for July 2013 (as compared to July 2012). Unit sales also increased 13.3% for the month.

July 2013 Statistics

  • 23.2% Increase in Average Sale Price ($148,929 – 2013 vs $120,874 – 2012)
  • 28.2% Increase in Median Sale Price ($147,400 – 2013 vs $115,000 – 2012)
  • 39.6% Increase in Gross Sales Volume ($13.9 million – 2013 vs $10.03 million – 2012)
  • 13.3% Increase in Sales Units (94 homes – 2013 vs 83 homes – 2012)

Year to Date Statistics (January – July 2013)

  • 7.5% Increase in Median Sale Price
  • 17.3% Increase in Gross Sales Volume
  • 17.1% Increase in Sales Units

Year to Date Sibcy Cline Statistics  (January – July 2013)

  • 111% Increase in Sales Units
  • $179,075 – Median Sale Price
  • $182,914 – Average Sale Price
