Future Home Value Predictions

Where are house values headed? That is the question on the minds of many home owners and buyers.

The KCM Blog reported results from the Home Price Expectation Survey (from Pulsenomics, a panel of 100 economics, real estate pros, and investment strategists) and here are their predictions:

  • 6.7% Home value appreciation in 2013
  • 4.7% Average annual  appreciation for the next 5 years
  • 23.7% cumulative appreciation by 2017
