Home sales from January through August 2013 have increased by 13.3% in Southeastern Indiana with 692 units sold. Total gross sales for the first eight months have also increased by 12.9% as compared to January through August 2012.

- 7% decrease in unit volume sold
- 8.9% decrease in total gross sales
