October 2013 versus October 2012

  • $127,167 Average sale price (versus $135,295 in 2012) – 6% decrease
  • 88 homes sold versus 87 in 2012
  • $123,950 median sales price versus $124,900 in 2012 – .7% decrease

January – October 2013 versus 2012

  • 856 homes sold versus 770 homes in 2012 – 11.2% increase
  • $125,000 median sales price versus $119,700 in 2012 – 4.4% increase
  • $127,583 average sales price versus $128,933
  • Gross sales volume increased 10% ($99,278,000 vs $109,212,000 in 2013)

  • Unit sales volume increase 61.3% from January – October 2013 (as compared to 2012)
