Sibcy Cline Super Open House on February 8 and 9, 2014

Mark your calendars, because on February 8 and 9, 2014, Sibcy Cline Realtors is holding a Super Open House weekend.

The winter has been brutal. You probably have cabin fever and want to get out to personally look at homes. (Our website traffic has been very busy!) It’s the perfect time to look at homes: Home prices are starting to rise, mortgage rates are still low, and there are some great homes available now on the market.

During the week of February 3rd, look at upcoming Sibcy Cline’s Open Houses here. There will be plenty of homes to tour.

Here are some tips when touring open houses:

Dress Comfortably
You will be walking through many rooms as well as up and down stairs. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Plan Your Day
Look online for which homes are open and then plan on touring by location. If you cannot see all of the homes on your list, remember you can still have your agent schedule a personal showing appointment for another day.

Needs and Wishes
Have you made a priority list of what you want in a home? You need to narrow down your preferences with the most urgent needs at the top of this list.

Take Note
If you are touring quite a few homes, it might be helpful to take a notepad (or tablet) to take notes of home features: great storage, open kitchen, nice lot, etc…

Be Sure To Ask Questions
At each Sibcy Cline Open House, a Sibcy Cline agent will be available to answer questions you may have about the property.

Why Tour Homes?
Personal tours via an open house are a great way to get to know areas of interest. You can see the bigger picture of these locations and their nearby amenities.
