TJ Maxx is Coming to Kenwood and Sycamore Township

It is a glorious day for the residents of Kenwood and Sycamore Township, because TJ Maxx is coming soon to Sycamore Plaza! (This blogger loves this store.)

Word on the street is that this retailer will be taking over the space of the former Barnes & Noble location on the third floor of the plaza. Read more from Tom Demeropolis of the Business Courier here.

TJ Maxx will be joining Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s Furniture, Staples and Old Navy.

TJ Maxx
TJ Maxx has over 1,800 stores throughout the U.S. The parent company – TJX Companies, Inc. – was founded in 1919 by Max and Morris Feidberg with the New England Trading Company in Boston. The business grew and the brothers later founded Zayre Stores (remember this name?) In 1977, TJ Maxx was established.

Did you know?
TJ Maxx is a worldwide operation. You can find this store in the UK, Ireland as well as mainland Europe all the way to Poland. Over the pond, the store is called TK Maxx.
