City of Cincinnati residents have a website where they can connect with the city for public services. Besides providing information about the city’s various service programs, visitors to the site have the ability to enter a service request (pot hole, trash, recycling, etc…) as well as view FAQs.

Blogger’s note: I have used the Cincinnati Customer Service website for pot hole notification and the hole was filled promptly! I also downsized my city-provided trash can through this website.
