Homes are selling an average of 67 days in Northern Kentucky – the fastest pace since July 2006.

In July 2014, sales of home units were off slightly from July 2013. Here is a breakdown of the sales statistics for Northern Kentucky:

July 2014 versus July 2013

  • -4.12% Decrease in sale units (582 vs 607)
  • .16% Increase in average sale price ($160,485 vs $160,231)
  • 2.12% Increase in median sale price ($139,900 vs $137,000)
  • -3.97% Decrease in sales volume
  • -11.84% Decrease in average days on market (67 days vs 76 days)

January – July 2014 versus January – July 2013

  • .68% Increase in sale units (3,396 vs 3,373)
  • -1.02% Decrease in average sale price ($153,845 vs $155,429)
  • -.76% Decrease in median sale price ($133,975 vs $135,00)
  • -.34% Decrease in sales volume
  • -6.89% Decrease in average days on market (81 days vs 87 days)
