Northern Kentucky home sales for September 2014 were on par with 2013, showing just a slight dip. 2013 was the best year of the housing recovery in the last six years.

September 2014 vs September 2013

  • -3.13% Decrease in home units sold (526 vs 543)
  • -4.06% Decrease in average sale price ($154,951 vs $161,503)
  • -3.68% Decrease in median sale price ($131,000 vs $136,000)

January – September 2014 vs January – September 2013

  • -.02% Decrease in home units sold (4,529 vs 4,530)
  • -.99% Decrease in average sale price ($154,814 vs $156,360)
  • -.74% Decrease in median sale price ($134,000 vs $135,000)
