Prices for homes in Dayton, Ohio have risen and the city is now #1 in the nation with the highest increased percentage of asking-price-of-homes-for-sale as compared to 2013.
October’s asking prices for homes were up 8.9% as compared to October 2013. Homes rose .2% in October 2012 for a total of 9.1% since 2012. Asking prices rose 6% throughout the U.S. in October.
