Northern Kentucky Home Sales Up Almost 5% in October

Home sales in Northern Kentucky were up 4.74% for October 2014 as compared to the same time last year. The average home sale price rose 1.65%. Mortgage rates are still low. It is a great time to sell and buy a new home.

  • 4.74% Increase in home sales units (530 vs 506)
  • 1.65% Increase in average sale price ($149,366 vs $146,937)
  • .30% Increase in median sale price ($132,000 vs $131,600)
  • 6.47% Increase in sales volume
  • 78 average days on market vs 87 average days on market

January – October 2014 vs January – October 2013

  • .89% Increase in home sales units (5,081 vs 5,036)
  • -.81% Decrease in average sale price ($154,159 vs $155,413)
  • -.78% Decrease in median sale price ($133,960 vs $135,000)
  • .08% Increase in sales volume
  • 80 average days on market vs 85 average days on market
