Average Sale Price Is Up for Northern Kentucky Homes in January 2015

The average sale prices for homes in Northern Kentucky rose 7.66% in January 2015! Here is a breakdown of all of the statistics:

January 2015 vs January 2014

  • 7.66% Increase in average price ($144,445 vs $134,164)
  • 11.73% Increase in median price ($126,250 vs $113,000)
  • 21.83% Decrease in number of homes sold (290 homes vs 371 homes)
  • 76 days average days on market (vs 82 average days on market in 2014)

In January 2014, there were 2,310 homes for sale – the lowest residential inventory in over five years.
