Dayton, Ohio had an 18.42% increase in average sale price for homes in January 2015.

January 2015 vs January 2014

  • 18.42% Increase in average sales price ($129,328 vs $109,209)
  • 25.58% Increase in median sales price ($108,000 vs $86,000)
  • 1.76% Decrease in homes sold (726 vs 739)
  • .06% Increase in % Sale/List Price (95.67% vs $95.61%)
  • 16.34% Increase in sales volume

The overall total of active listings for sales is down (5,041 vs 6,159 homes in 2014).
