Dayton, Ohio was on the list of America’s Best Cities for Global Trade per Global Trade magazine due to its proximity to universities.

Dayton is the sixth largest city in Ohio with a population of 142,000 residents in the city. The region of Dayton-Springfield-Greenville has a population of 1,080,000, making it the fourth largest Ohio metro area.

Dayton is a hub for manufacturing and is a central location for manufacturers, suppliers and shippers. The area is also home is research and development, especially aeronautical and astronautical engineering.
