- -2.46% Decrease in homes sold (1,109 units vs 1,137 units)
- 8.36% Increase in average sale price ($154,283 vs $142,384)
- 11.76% Increase in median sale price ($134,000 vs $119,900)
- 5.69% Increase in sales volume
- 81 Average days on market (vs 87 average days on market)
