Southeastern Indiana home sales saw a large jump in sales volume with a 24% increase in March 2015 as compared to March 2014. Here are the statistics:

March 2015 vs March 2014

  • 24% Increase in sales volume
  • 2.6% Increase in home sales units with 78 units
  • 27.92% Increase in median sales price ($115,000 vs $89,900)
  • 21.36% Increase in average sales price ($140,047 vs $115,393)
  • 191 days on market vs 203 days on market in 2014

January – March 2015 vs January- March 2014

  • 5% Increase in sales volume
  • 4.4% Decrease in home sales units
  • 22.4% Increase in median sales price ($120,000)
  • 10.3%  Increase in average sales price ($27,132)
  • 175 days on market vs 184 days on market in 2014

Sibcy Cline’s Indiana Home Sales – March 2015 vs March 2014

  • No change in home units sold
  • 95% Increase in sales volume
  • $272,667 average sale price
  • $293,000 median sale price
  • 69 days on market vs 184 days on market in 2014

Sibcy Cline’s Indiana Home Sales – January – March 2015 vs January – March 2014

  • 12.5% Increase in home units sold
  • 58% Increase in sales volume
  • $275,500 average sale price
  • $179,900 median sale price
  • 125 days on market vs 224 days on market in 2014
