Home sales are still going strong. April 2015 was the second highest April in the past nine years for the Cincinnati area. Here are the statistics:

April 2015 vs April 2014

• -1.72% Decrease in sales units (2,003 vs 2,038)
• 3.38% Increase in average sale price ($172,143 vs $166,513)
• 1.61% Increase in gross sales volume

January – April 2015 vs January – April 2014

• 4.62% Increase in sales units (6,504 vs 6,217)
• 15.62% Increase in average sale price ($167,777 vs $158,854)
• 10.49% Increase in gross sales volume
