Home sales for Dayton, Ohio in April 2015 were the highest for the year so far with a 16.78% increase in sales. Here are the statistics:

April 2015 vs April 2014

  • 16.78% Increase in sales units (1,225 vs 1,049)
  • 16.72% Increase in sales volume
  • -0.05% Decrease in average sales price ($134,575 vs $134,640)
  • -2.63% Decrease in median sales price ($114,900 vs $118,000)
  • .11% increase in % sale/list price (96.31% vs 96.20%)
  • 4.92% Increase in listed homes (2,387 vs 2,275)

January – April 2015 vs January – April 2014

  • 5.90% Increase in sales units (3,772 vs 3,562)
  • 14.50% Increase in sales volume
  • 8.12% Increase in average sales price ($129,626 vs $119,980)
  • 10.11% Increase in median sales price ($110,000 vs $99,900)
  • .21% increase in % sale/list price (96.08% vs 95.88%)
  • 4.23% Increase in listed homes (7,448 vs 7,146)
