- 6.29% Increase in unit sales 5,119 vs 4,816)
- 14.61% Increase in sales volume
- .24% Increase in % sale/list price (96.37% vs 96.14%)
- 9.63% Increase in median sales price ($115,000 vs $104,900)
- 7.83% Increase in average sales price ($135,144 vs $125,336)
