Cincinnati’s College Hill has a neighborhood improvement program in place for the next year in which 17 local businesses will get new facades from a grant through the Neighborhood Business Improvement Program.

In addition to new facades, a new parking lot with 90 spaces will be created at the corner of Marlowe and Hamilton Avenues.
