Liberty Center – Phase One

The highly-anticipated Liberty Center in Liberty Township is steadily moving towards its grand opening scheduled for October 8th.

Phase One of the $350 million mixed-use, town center development will feature high-end apartments, the AC Hotel by Marriott, major department stores, a wide variety of restaurants, an elevated park area with trees and state-of-the-art dinner-and-movie theater (CineBistro).

Phase one will total 1.1 million square feet, 800,000 square feet of which will be retail space. The center’s enclosed shopping mall, The Foundry, will be home to much of the retail space including Celebrate Local, which sells products and services made by locally-owned small businesses. Dillard’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods will each have stand-alone stores as well.

Liberty Center is expected to create approximately 3,500 new jobs by 2018.  More vendors are expected to be added before the October opening. Below is a list of the current vendors who have signed on at Liberty Center.
