In June, Dayton home sales reached a record with the most homes selling for that particular month with 1,576 homes selling and the highest average sale price of $253,957. These statistics are also the highest figures ever on record for Dayton home sales.

In July, home sales and average sale price were the best ever for that particular month with 1,547 homes selling at an average of $148,552.
