U.S. metro areas were recently graded for home affordability by NerdWallet.com and Dayton, Ohio ranked as the third most affordable area.

Factors for the rankings included: family income, average mortgages and property taxes.

What city is the most affordable? Indianapolis followed by Memphis. Least affordable included New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Cincinnati ranked number 7 on the list.
