- 19.40% Increase in sales volume
January – October 2015 vs January – October 2014
- 4.16% Increase in home sale units (5,332 homes vs 5,119 homes)
- 6.48% Increase in average sale price ($164,684 vs $154,668)
- 6.34% Increase in median sale price ($142,000 vs $134,000)
- 10.91% Increase in sales volume
