Northern Kentucky Has Four Percent Increase in Home Sales for October

In October 2015, the Northern Kentucky real estate market had a 4.26% increase in home sales as compared to 2014. Here are the statistics:

October 2015 vs October 2014

  • 4.26% Increase in home sale units (563 homes vs 540 homes)
  • 14.52% Increase in average sale price ($171,747 vs $151,712)
  • 8.27% Increase in median sale price ($144,000 vs $133,000)
  • 19.40% Increase in sales volume

January – October 2015 vs January – October 2014

  • 4.16% Increase in home sale units (5,332 homes vs 5,119 homes)
  • 6.48% Increase in average sale price ($164,684 vs $154,668)
  • 6.34% Increase in median sale price ($142,000 vs $134,000)
  • 10.91% Increase in sales volume
