  • 8.1% Increase in homes sold (1,168 homes vs 1,080 homes)
  • 4.0% Increase in median sale price ($130,000 vs $125,000)

Dearborn County

  • 15.2% Increase in homes sold (560 homes vs 486 homes)
  • 3.6% Increase in median sale price ($145,000 vs $139,900)

Franklin County

  • 15.7% Increase in homes sold (162 homes vs 140 homes)
  • -5.9% Decrease in median sale price ($152,000 vs $161,500)

Ohio County

  • -14.3% Decrease in homes sold (42 homes vs 49 homes)
  • 3.0% Increase in median sale price ($102,500 vs $99,5ooo)

Ripley County
