• 17.86% Increase in sales volume
• 6.79% Increase in average sale price ($143,808 vs $134,658)
• 7.78% Increase in median sale price ($123,950 vs $115,000)

January – March 2016 vs January – March 2015

• 12.60% Increase in home sales (2,834 vs 2,507)
• 16.23% Increase in sales volume
• 4.11% Increase in average sale price ($132,725 vs $127,491)
• 4.63% Increase in median sale price ($113,000 vs $115,000)
