Homes are selling! Cincinnati home sales rose 15% in April as compared to April 2015. Mortgage interest rates remain low.

April 2016 vs April 2015

• 15.01% Increase in homes sold (2,337 homes vs 2,032 homes)
• 8.59% Increase in average sale price ($186,295 vs $171,562)
• 8.70% Increase in median sale price ($150,000 vs $138,000)
• 24.89% Increase in sales volume

January – April 2016 vs January – April 2015

• 9.29% Increase in homes sold (7,151 homes vs 6,543 homes)
• 5.43% Increase in average sale price ($177,166 vs $168,036)
• 7.63% Increase in median sale price ($141,000 vs $131,000)
• 15.23% Increase in sales volume
