The Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center
The center was built in 2003 and is a world-class venue for many Broadway shows, the Dayton Philharmonic, Dayton Opera and Dayton Ballet. The building has two theaters: Mathile Theatre and Mead Theater.
The Victoria Theatre opened in 1866 and is one of the oldest, continually operated theaters in the U.S. At that time it was known as the Turner Opera House and general admission was $1 with premium seats selling for $12. That building burned down in 1869. In 1871, the building opened once more. Called The Grand Opera House, it became the Victoria Opera House and finally Victoria Theatre in 1903. Since then the building has been updated many times with extensive renovations in 1989. The theater now seats 1,154 patrons who come to see Broadway shows, concerts and theatrical shows. Beavercreek Community Theatre
