- 4.17% Increase in median sale price ($150,000 vs $144,000)
- 18.42% Increase in sales volume
January – May 2016 vs January – May 2015
- 12.14% Increase in homes sold (2,541 homes vs 2,266 homes)
- 6.18% Increase in average sale price ($166,278 vs $156,606)
- 6.07% Increase in median sale price ($145,000 vs $136,700)
- 19.06% Increase in sales volume
In May, the average days on market was 59 days (as compared to 72 days in May 2015.)
Many homes are selling with multiple offers due to the low inventory.
