Cincinnati home sales are still strong with the average home sale price up 3.69% in July as compared to July 2015. Home unit sales dropped just a bit by 3.1% when compared to a record-setting July 2015. Year-to-date, home unit sales have risen 5.28%

July 2016 vs July 2015

• 3.69% Increase in average sale price ($198,758 vs $189,758)
• -3.14% Decrease in home sales (2,529 homes vs 2,611 homes)
• .44% Increase in sales volume
• 4.30% Increase in median sale price ($157,500 vs $151,000)

January – July 2016 vs January – July 2015

• 19.37 Increase in average sale price (218,182 vs $182,771)
• 5.28% Increase in home sales (15,043 homes vs 14,288 homes)
• 25.68% Increase in sales volume
• 5.23% Increase in median sale price ($151,000 vs $143,500)
