Average Home Sale Price Up Seven Percent in Northern Kentucky for July

Ky_BluegrassSign.jpgThe average home sale price for homes in Northern Kentucky rose 7.24% when compared to July 2015. Although home sales were down 4.37% in July as compared to the same time last year, year-to-date home sales have increased by 8.81%.

July 2016 vs July 2015

  • 7.24% Increase in average sale price ($184,547 vs $172,083)
  • -4.37% Decrease in home sales (657 homes vs 687 homes)
  • 2.56% Increase in sales volume
  • 9.17% Increase in median sale price (164,750 vs 150,000)

January – July 2016 vs January – July 2015

  • 7.24% Increase in average sale price ($184,547 vs $172,083)
  • -4.37% Decrease in home sales (657 homes vs 687 homes)
  • 2.56% Increase in sales volume
  • 9.17% Increase in median sale price (164,750 vs 150,000)
