Stephanie Sudbrack-Busam, Vice President/Sales Manager of the Sibcy Cline Kenwood office has been elected as a Director for the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors®. Her term begins in January 2017.

Says Stephanie, “I am honored to serve our local real estate board. It’s an exciting time to be in our profession. Our business is ever evolving. There are so many technological changes and enhancements. I am looking forward to working on projects that work towards propelling our profession into the future!”

Real estate is in Stephanie’s blood as she is  a third-generation real estate professional. She has been licensed since 1978 and actively involved in real estates and management since 1985.

Stephanie has been very involved with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors throughout the years:

• Past Member of the Board of Director (2011-2013)
• Leadership Academy, 2016
• Member, Budget and Finance committee, 2016
• Member of the Professional Standards committee (2016; 2006-2110)
• Past Chairperson and member of MLS Operations
• Past Chairperson for RPAC
• Past Chairperson for Circle of Excellence committee
• Past member of the Realtor/Builder committee

Stephanie also gives her time to the community. She is a board member of the Cincinnati Horticultural Society and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Cincinnati and Kindervelt #50. She has served on the Ursuline Academy Mothers’ Club board (2002-2008)  and was honored as an Ursuline Woman of the Year. Stephanie is a former member of the Indian Hill Club (2006-2008).

Stephanie and her husband, John, reside in Indian Hill. They have two grown daughters.
