- 1.04% Increase in % sale-to-list price (97.7% vs 96.69%)
- 5.42% Increase in median sales price ($126,500 vs $120,000)
- 3.64% Increase in average sales price ($146,808 vs $141,652)
There is a low inventory of homes for sale. With low interest rates and a high demand for homes, homes are selling quickly if priced correctly and in move-in condition.
