The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County has been named as a Top Innovator of 2016 by the Urban Libraries Council for its new collections program called “Hot Tickets”. Readers can digitally select a favorite author or DVD in a genre of interest and any time an item becomes available by that author the reader is notified.
