November 2016 vs November 2015

  • 27.22% Increase in home sold (1,201 vs 944)
  • 9.13% Increase in average sale price ($149,014 vs $136,543)
  • 9.87% Increase in median sale price ($126,900 vs $115,500)
  • 39.73% Increase in sales volume ($178,966,344 vs $128,077,672)

January – November 2016 vs January – November 2015

  • 10.08% Increase in home sold (14,861 vs 13,500)
  • 4.79% Increase in average sale price ($147,380 vs $140,640)
  • 5.42% Increase in median sale price ($126,500 vs $120,000)
  • 16.09% Increase in sales volume ($2,190,213,703 vs $1,886,684,542)
