Home sales were quite strong in December in Dayton, Ohio. Sales were up 8.60% for the month and rose 9.95% for the year. (Sales volume, median sale price and average sale price also rose for the month and year.)

The inventory of homes for sale remains low. Home values are rising. Mortgage interest rates still remain low. Perhaps now is the time to sell your home. Look at homes for sale.
