Here We Grow Again! Sibcy Cline’s Springfield Office is Now Open

Sibcy Cline’s newest branch office location is now open for business in Springfield, Ohio. Located at 137 E. Main Street in downtown Springfield in the landmark Tuttle Building, the office is conveniently situated at the corner of two main arteries in Springfield at Limestone and Main. Says Sibcy Cline President Rob Sibcy, “We are thrilled to have another Dayton-area location and are looking forward to serving the Clark County region. The real estate market for 2017 looks strong and by adding this new Sibcy Cline office, we will be able to better serve our home buyers and sellers in that region.”

The Tuttle Building is the former site of the Tuttle Brothers Company which was a small motor vehicle parts wholesale supplier. Located in the midst of historic downtown Springfield, the building features its original warehouse ambiance with details such as hardwood floors, original wood work and plaster walls. The office is using the original Tuttle office as a common work area. Complimentary off-street parking is available to agents and clients.

Open and airy, the new Sibcy Cline office is highlighted with exposed, 20-foot ceilings and large, light-filled windows. Amenities include modern agent support stations as well as flexible meeting spaces. Walls have been painted to reflect Sibcy Cline’s branding colors. Seventy inch and 65-inch monitors are available to use when previewing homes with clients. Agents also enjoy a kitchen and booth seating. This paperless office is wireless and features phone-app technology allowing for a mobile “duty” desk.

Says Sara (Carter) Wissel, Vice President/Sales Manager, of the Springfield office, “We’re a high-tech real estate office located in a beautiful, old Springfield building. Our new space is going to be the perfect place for Sibcy Cline agents to conduct business. They can easily hook up mobile devices, tablets or laptops to complete any real estate tasks. The location is in the hub of Springfield and just  minutes from many Clark County communities.”

The office has plans to onboard 15 area real estate agents to the office in the next year.
