Here are the sales statistics for November for Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Northern Kentucky; and Southeastern Indiana:

Cincinnati

November 2017 vs November 2016

  • 6.55% Increase in homes sold (2,001 homes vs 1,878)
  • 7.66% Increase in average sale price ($206,042 vs $191,389)
  • 10.19% Increase in median sale price ($167,000 vs $151,550)
  • 14.71% Increase in gross sales volume ($412,289,714 vs $359,428,946)

January – November 2017 vs January – November 2016

  • -.28 % Decrease in homes sold (24,132 homes vs 24,200)
  • 6.06% Increase in average sale price ($202,502 vs $190,930)
  • 7.24% Increase in median sale price ($163,000 vs $152,000)
  • 5.76% Increase in gross sales volume ($4,886,781,682 vs $4,620,551,062)

For the 17th consecutive month, the average sale price set a record in November

Dayton

November 2017 vs November 2016

  • 1.50% Increase in homes sold (1,219 homes vs 1,201)
  • 2.65% Increase in average sale price ($152,965 vs $149,014)
  • 5.59% Increase in median sale price ($134,000 vs $126,900)
  • 4.19% Increase in sales volume ($186,464,350 vs $178,966,344)

January –November 2017 vs January –November 2016

  • 1.18% Increase in homes sold (15,036 homes vs 14,861)
  • 5.73% Increase in average sale price ($155,822 vs $147,380)
  • 5.93% Increase in median sale price ($134,000 vs $126,500)
  • 6.97% Increase in sales volume ($2,342,944,306 vs $2,190,213,703)

Northern Kentucky

  • -9.07% Decrease in homes sold (491 homes vs 540)
  • 10.39% Increase in average sale price ($186,244 vs $168,711)
  • 12.89% Increase in median sale price ($162,000 vs $143,500)
  • .38% Increase in sales volume ($91,446,247 vs $91,104,140)

January – November 2017 vs January – November 2016

  • 1.29% Increase in homes sold (6,594 homes vs  6,510)
  • 3.32% Increase in average sale price ($180,405 vs $174,616)
  • 4.88% Increase in median sale price ($157,320 vs $150,000)
  • 4.65% Increase in sales volume ($1,189,595,849 vs $1,136,756,559)

  • 32.5% Increase in homes sold (106 homes vs 80 homes)
  • 3.2% Increase in average sale price ($162,317 vs $157,218)
  • 12.3% Increase in median sale price ($150,458 vs $134,000)
  • 36.8% Increase in sales volume ($17,205,613 vs $12,577,419)

January–November 2017 vs January–November 2016

  • 8.2% Increase in homes sold (1,145 homes vs 1,058 homes)
  • 3.9% Increase in average sale price ($158,768 vs $152,797)
  • 4.4% Increase in median sale price ($145,000 vs $138,847)
  • 12.9% Increase in sales volume ($181,789,051 vs $161,016,510)
