Average home sale and median sale prices increased during May in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Northern Kentucky; and Southeastern Indiana. Sales units decreased from May 2017 due to a lack of homes on the market for sale. Many homes are selling quickly due to the limited inventory. Here is our report for the month:
Cincinnati
May 2018 recorded the third-most home sales for the month since 2005.
