Cincinnati’s Homearama home show is located at Highlands at Heritage Hill in Union Township and will be held from July 21 through August 5, 2018. Six local builders will be presenting 10 homes to the public. Homes are priced from $1 million to over $2 million. Two homes in this show will be multi-generational. (A “tiny” home will also be on display!)

Highlands at Heritage Hill features large, home sites with an effort on preserving already-existing trees. The community will have a pool, garden, fishing pond, playground, sports fields and hiking trail. The convenient location is near Kings Island, TPC River’s Bend Golf Course and Countryside YMCA (the world’s largest).

Tickets are $16 at the gate. Discount tickets are available at Kroger for $15.

Directions: I-71 N. to the Kings Mills exit; right on Kings Mills Road; left on Columbia Road; left at the bottom of the hill on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road; and immediate right back onto Columbia Road. Entrance will be on the (about one mile). Look for Homearama parking signs.

Food and drink are available at the home show. No strollers, wagons or backpacks with metal frames permitted in the homes. Children under 12 are free with an adult.
