The average price of homes continue to increase.

June 2019 vs June 2018

  • .-4.99% Decrease in homes sold (2,682 homes vs 2,823 homes)
  • 4.80% Increase in average sale price ($244,750 vs $233,542)
  • 5.77% Increase in median sale price ($199,900 vs $189,000)
  • -.44% Decrease in gross sales volume ($656,418,523 vs $659,288,141)

January–June 2019 vs January–June 2018

  • -1.52% Decrease in homes sold (12,422 homes vs 12,614 homes)
  • 4.64% Increase in average sale price ($223,364 vs $213,460)
  • 5.43% Increase in median sale price ($182.400 vs $173,000)
  • 3.05% Increase in gross sales volume ($2,774,623,357 vs $2,692,585,543)

Dayton

In Dayton, the average sale price increased by six percent and was the highest on record ever.

June 2019 vs June 2018

  • -9.20% Decrease in homes sold (1,529 homes vs 1,684 homes)
  • 6.21% Increase in average sale price ($195,303 vs $183,876)
  • 7.59% Increase in median sale price ($170,000 vs $158,000)
  • -3.56% Decrease in sales volume ($298,618,817 vs $309,647,478)

January–June 2019 vs January–June 2018

  • -.26% Decrease in homes sold (7,776 homes vs 7,796 homes)
  • 5.73% Increase in average sale price ($173,418 vs $164,018)
  • 6.43% Increase in median sale price ($149,000 vs $140,000)
  • 5.46% Increase in sales volume ($1,348,494,690 vs $1,278,682,510)

Northern Kentucky

Average home price increased by almost four percent in June.

  • -15.53% Decrease in homes sold (631 homes vs 747 homes)
  • 4.26% Increase in average sale price ($219,211 vs $210,264)
  • 5.09% Increase in median sale price ($181,800 vs $173,000)
  • -11.93% Decrease in sales volume ($138,322,403 vs $157,067,665)

  • -4.80% Decrease in homes sold (3,349 homes vs 3,518 homes)
  • 3.76% Increase in average sale price ($200,828 vs $193,559)
