- 8.03% Increase in homes sold (1,346 homes vs 1,246 homes)
- 8.79% Increase in average sale price ($219,497 vs $201,760)
- 10.31% Increase in median sale price ($176,500 vs $160,000)
- 17.52% Increase in gross sales volume ($295,442,403 vs $251,392,441)

In January, the Dayton area saw a gain in home sales as well as average and median sale prices.

- 5.22% Increase in homes sold (1,363 homes vs 1,238 homes)
- 16.96% Increase in average sale price ($169,769 vs $145,146)
- 16.90% Increase in median sale price ($142,750 vs $122,111)
- 23.06% Increase in sales volume ($157,545,696 vs $128,018,659)
