Stephanie Sudbrack-Busam, Vice President/Sales Manager of Sibcy Cline’s Kenwood office was recently installed as president of the board of directors for the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors® (CABR). For the first time at the CABR and for the state of Ohio, Stephanie leads this board as a third-generation family member (as well as the fourth Sudbrack family member).

About Stephanie and the Sudbrack Family
The Sudbrack family’s affiliation with real estate began with Stephanie’s grandfather, Chester. He served as president of the board in 1947. Her father, Chet, – who was president in 1966 – encouraged her to obtain her real estate license while she was in college. Serving as one of her mentors, Chet inspired Stephanie towards a successful career in real estate sales and management. Stephanie’s brother, Chip (aka Chester) Sudbrack served as president of CABR in 2000.

Throughout the years, Stephanie has served on numerous committees for the CABR. She has chaired MLS Operations, Budget and Finance, RPAC and Circle of Excellence committees. She has also served on committees for Budget and Finance, Realtor/Builder and Professional Standards. With such heavy involvement and experience at the board, she was more than ready to start serving her second term on the board of directors starting in 2017.

2021 Board President
As board president for 2021, Stephanie is looking forward to growing the organization and ensuring members conduct business cooperatively and professionally. With COVID-19 still on everyone’s mind, she says. “We are fortunate to be in a profession that has been such a needed service. People are looking at their homes differently now and we are there to help those who want to make a move! I hope my leadership on the board helps our membership to work effectively with their clients during these unprecedented times.” Stephanie is also looking forward to help shape the next generation of real estate pros in the Cincinnati region through her board involvement.
