Julie K. Back, Executive Sales President with Sibcy Cline’s Hyde Park office was named the top residential sales agent for the state of Ohio for 2021 (Pinnacle Individual Top Dollar Volume Award) for the fifth year in a row. The announcement was made on September 27, 2021 at the Ohio REALTORS convention held in Columbus, Ohio.

Robin Sibcy Sheakley, President of Sibcy Cline Realtors says, “Julie has had an amazing year once again. Her business rose by over 32 percent from last year. Her sales volume was $46,000,000 more than the fifth-ranked Ohio real estate agent! Considering there was a world-wide pandemic, we are simply in awe of her accomplishments. In Ohio, the ranking of the Top 5 individual dollar-volume agents began in 2010. Julie was #5 in 2011; #4 in 2012; #3 in 2013 and 2014; #2 in 2015 and 2016; and #1 for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Julie was named Sibcy Cline’s top agent in September for the tenth straight year. In January 2021, Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors announced her as the top agent in the city with the Circle of Excellence 2020 recognition. That honor marked the fifth straight year for that honor.

Julie was featured in the Business Courier in April 2021 for her success with high-end sales. She was a guest for the Ohio REALTOR’s first podcast that aired in January 2021. She made the cover of Cincinnati Real Producers Magazine in 2019. Julie has been honored as one of the Women of Influence by Venue Magazine in 2018 and was among the “10 Women Who Mean Business” by the Business Courier in 2017.

Julie has lived in both Hyde Park and Indian Hill with deep local ties as a Cincinnati native. She is a graduate of Summit Country Day and the University of Cincinnati. She began her real estate career in 1994 with Sibcy Cline. Her sales focus has been on eastern Cincinnati including downtown, Hyde Park, Montgomery,  Mt. Adams, Mt. Lookout, Columbia-Tusculum, Madeira as well as her own neighborhood in Indian Hill.
