
Although January 2022 started the year off with very cold weather, homes sales remained hot. Sales volume increased for all regions throughout Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Northern Kentucky; and Southeastern Indiana.

- 6.5% Increase in median sale price ($217,750 vs $204,375)
- 5.3% Increase in sales volume ($403,228,7217 vs $382,930,026)
- -21.1% Decrease in active homes for sale (1,305 units)
- -7.4% Decrease in new listings (1,761 units)
